Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place your unused Frost Buddy products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
